FAQ

QRIN questions and practical answers.

These answers focus on QR code generation, privacy, and launch limitations for a browser-based utility site.

Does QRIN upload my QR content?

No. The current app builds the QR payload and image in your browser. It does not need to send the text, WiFi password, contact details, event details, or uploaded logo to a QRIN server.

Which export should I use?

Use PNG for quick sharing, documents, and most image workflows. Use SVG when you need a scalable file for print layouts or design tools.

Why does QRIN warn about contrast?

Low contrast makes QR modules harder for camera apps to detect. A warning does not always mean the QR code is unusable, but it means you should test before publishing or printing.

Can I use a logo in the center?

Yes, but keep it small and use Q or H error correction. A large logo can cover data modules and make the code fail, especially on small prints or low-quality screens.

Will ads track my QR payload?

QRIN is designed so ads and analytics do not need QR payload data. If Google AdSense or analytics is added later, the privacy policy must disclose cookies and tracking while keeping generated content out of telemetry.
